New Florida Panthers President of Business Operations Mike White<\/a> said that his \u201cNo. 1 priority is the fan,\u201d drawing on his time from Disney to cite his vision, according to George Richards of FLORIDA HOCKEY NEWS. White, who has spent time as an executive at Disney\u2019s parks and ESPN along with Zoox, said there are \u201ca lot of things we want to bring to the fans here.\u201d He added, \u201cThere\u2019s really nothing like the guest experience at Disney, but here at the Panthers, we\u2019re going to create really extraordinary fan experiences.\u201d White will be in charge of all of the Panthers\u2019 business entities \u201cincluding the team, arena, IcePlex, IceDen, and the War Memorial.\u201d He said at his introductory press conference Tuesday at Amerant Bank Arena that he \u201cwas \u2018humbled to be here,\u2019 and promised to be a \u2018steward for the brand, the team, the community, and, especially the fans.\u2019\u201d White was introduced by two people he \u201cspent a lot of time talking to over the past couple of months\u201d in owner Vinnie Viola and GM Bill Zito. Although White mostly work on the business side, it was \u201ckey he and the hockey operations department gets along as well as they did\u201d with Matt Caldwell — who left to join the T\u2019Wolves and Lynx as CEO<\/a>.
