The Mammoth are coming off of two massive 6-2 victories as well, one against the Seattle Kraken and one against the Los Angeles Kings, who they are directly competing with for a wild card spot at the moment. With enormous momentum, the Mammoth have a huge chance to grow that even more against the bottom team in the NHL tonight<\/p>\n<p>Vancouver Canucks News and Notes:<\/p>\n<p>The Vancouver Canucks are in an interesting spot at this point in the season. The Canucks have officially clinched last place in the NHL for the 2025-26 season as well as the top odds for the first overall pick in the 2026 NHL Draft. The Canucks grabbed a monumental win on Wednesday in an 8-6 victory against the Colorado Avalanche, however the got swiftly defeated in a 2-5 loss to the Minnesota Wild the very next day. Not to mention Nick Schmaltz and Kailer Yamamoto also had multi-point performances on Thursday. There are unlimited offensive weapons for the Vancouver Canucks to look out for in tonight\u2019s contest.<\/p>\n<p>Vancouver Canucks:<\/p>\n<p>Jake DeBrusk is catching a rhythm late in the season, potting a goal in his last two games, along with grabbing five points in his last six games. Elias Pettersson has been on a tear as of late as well, putting up ten points in the last nine games, and looks to continue a four-game point streak as well.
