That is, until Tampa Bay\u2019s Darren Raddysh snapped one in from the right wing on what <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/7172724\/2026\/04\/04\/bruins-lightning-jeremy-swayman-nhl\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The Athletic&#8217;s Fluto Shinzawa described<\/a> as a \u201croutine save\u201d for Swayman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen Darren Raddysh flipped a 32-foot shot on goal from outside the right faceoff dot in the third period, the last thing anyone expected was for it to find the back of the net,\u201d Shinzawa wrote. \u201cSwayman saw Raddysh\u2019s release. He was square to the shot. A lot of great things came out of tonight\u2019s game. That\u2019s what we need to focus on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Swayman isn\u2019t wrong. For nearly all 60 minutes, the Bruins were the better team on the road. Ultimately, a one-goal game can not be boiled down to a single save the goaltender would want back.
