Creating and sustaining environments that are inclusive, safe and respectful is a non-negotiable for the Dallas Stars.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"continued\" class=\"continued-anchor\"\/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DWr-sEWgaVj\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=embed_video_watch_again\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The video<\/a> began circulating online shortly after a game in December &#8212; showing a group of at least five male fans giving the salute from their seats.
