{"id":548008,"date":"2026-04-08T20:48:41","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T20:48:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/548008\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T20:48:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T20:48:41","slug":"tampa-bay-lightning-community-hero-santosh-govindaraju","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/548008\/","title":{"rendered":"Tampa Bay Lightning Community Hero: Santosh Govindaraju"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TAMPA, Fla. \u2014 At every home game, the Tampa Bay Lightning honors a local person or nonprofit making an impact in our community.<\/p>\n<p>During the game on April 4, the Lightning honored an inspiring man who is making a name for himself in Hollywood and sharing his passion for the arts with local kids.<\/p>\n<p>Watch video<\/p>\n<p>Tampa Bay Lightning Community Hero: Santosh Govindaraju<\/p>\n<p>Santosh Govindaraju turned his passion for the arts into a career and is now helping creative kids do the same.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s a film producer and his movies are available worldwide on streaming services. He\u2019s also a dedicated volunteer with the Arts Conservatory for Kids. Together they\u2019re on a mission to inspire creative students to pursue their passion for the arts regardless of economic and cultural barriers.<\/p>\n<p>To help complete this mission, the Lightning awarded him a $50,000 grant.<\/p>\n<p>Share Your Story with Deiah<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/DeiahRiley.png\"\/><br \/>Good Morning Tampa Bay Anchor Deiah Riley has called Tampa Bay for more than 15 years.
