Nine days ago Jets prospect defenceman Elias Salomonsson was knocked out of a game with the Stars in Dallas as he was on the receiving end of a Jason Robertson reverse hit.<\/p>\n

Five days back<\/a> head coach Scott Arniel provided an update after his club returned from the road trip that the Swedish defender remained in protocol and wasn\u2019t skating.<\/p>\n

Which brings us to today as he he wasn\u2019t skating this morning<\/a>\u00a0in Winnipeg as the Jets get set for a huge game against the Flyers this evening.<\/p>\n

When asked for an update Arniel said that he is having a \u201cgood day, bad day\u201d and he hasn\u2019t yet been on the ice. That\u2019s really tough given how he has been progressing in his rookie season.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s played 32 games for Winnipeg this year with one goal and four assists.<\/p>\n
