Playing in overtime for the second time in two days,\u00a0Marco Rossi scored\u00a0the game-winning goal on the power play with less than 10 seconds\u00a0remaining\u00a0in the extra frame.\u00a0Rossi, Brock Boeser, and Jake\u00a0DeBrusk\u00a0all\u00a0finished with one goal and one assist\u00a0apiece.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Head Coach Adam Foote said it was\u00a0a great effort\u00a0from his team,\u00a0and they showed resiliency\u00a0and unity. The team has been\u00a0gelling over the last few weeks, and\u00a0they\u2019re\u00a0starting to\u00a0see results.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It was a memorable night for Curtis Douglas, scoring his first NHL goal.\u00a0Douglas\u00a0has played 12 games for Vancouver since being\u00a0acquired\u00a0in March, and\u00a0the 6\u20199\u201d forward said\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0a moment he\u00a0won\u2019t\u00a0forget.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cRats\u00a0[Aatu R\u00e4ty]\u00a0made a good play for a tip, and\u00a0I\u00a0finally got an open net, almost missed it, but\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0pretty hard to as it was an open cage,\u201d Douglas said.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
