The Jets left Winnipeg on Sunday with a 0.5% chance still to make the playoffs. While we are telling you there\u2019s still a chance it is pretty, pretty, pretty unlikely. They also left with two prospects<\/a> in the form of Brayden Yager and Nikita Chibrikov on emergency recall. Since it was a travel day yesterday we didn\u2019t get any indication if anyone is unable to play. Presumably Yager will make his NHL debut either tonight in Vegas or tomorrow night in Salt Lake City.<\/p>\n

They face a Golden Knights team with still quite a lot to play for as they hold a one point lead on both the Oilers and Ducks for top spot in the Pacific Division. They are 6-1-3 in their last ten games with an 18-12-9 home record.<\/p>\n

Skate news:<\/p>\n

As per Mitchell Clinton of the Jets a few changes today although one constant remains Connor Hellebuyck getting the start in net. He has both Yager and Chibrikov in with no Alex Iafallo or Vlad Namestnikov on the ice. He also had Neal Pionk missing with Colin Miller, who shed his non-contact jersey a little while back, in his spot.<\/p>\n
