Artturi Lehkonen, Gabriel Landeskog and Nathan MacKinnon\u00a0scored for Colorado, while Cale Makar posted three assists in his return to the lineup.\u00a0Calgary\u2019s Blake Coleman opened the scoring\u00a0at 7:22 of the second period via a redirect from the slot.\u00a0Lehkonen tied the game at 11:25 of the second period with his 21st\u00a0goal of the season via a shot from the bottom of the left circle\u00a0set up by Makar\u2019s cross-crease feed.\u00a0The Avs took a 2-1 lead at 15:07 of the third period when Landeskog scored his 14th\u00a0goal of the season via a deflection from the left slot on Brett Kulak\u2019s left-point shot. MacKinnon doubled Colorado\u2019s lead at 19:43 of the third period\u00a0with his 53rd\u00a0goal of the season via an empty-net goal\u00a0assisted\u00a0by Necas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Leading the Way<br \/>\nNate the Great<\/p>\n<p>MacKinnon leads the NHL in goals (53) while ranking third in points (127) and assists (74).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All Hail Cale<\/p>\n<p>Among NHL defensemen, Makar is tied for third in points (78) while ranking fifth in assists (58) and sixth in goals (20).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Marty Party<\/p>\n<p>Necas is tied for seventh in the NHL in points (100).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Series History<\/p>\n<p>In 14 previous regular-season games against the Kraken, the Avalanche has a record of 10-3-1.
