Three Montreal Canadiens players are mysteriously absent from practice in Brossard this morning, one day after the loss to the Hurricanes.<\/p>\n

In Fowler’s case, it is understandable, but for the others, let’s just say it does not send the best message.<\/p>\n

Well, obviously, the chances of seeing Patrik Laine return to Martin St-Louis’ lineup during the 2026 playoffs are nonexistent, but in Gallagher’s case, why not?<\/p>\n

The reason for their absence remains unconfirmed by the organization for now, but it is already providing clues about the next game.<\/p>\n

Maxime Truman shared the information on social media this morning.<\/p>\n

“The guys who aren’t playing are all skating in Brossard this morning, except Brendan Gallagher, Patrik Laine, and Jacob Fowler.”<\/p>\n

The excellent Pat Guillet also confirmed the presence of the other reserve players.<\/p>\n
