Big news today for fans of the Montreal Canadiens organization.<\/p>\n

There has been a significant move within the Montreal Canadiens hierarchy, as Pascal Vincent is leaving the club to join the Seattle Kraken as an assistant coach.<\/p>\n

It was the Seattle organization itself that confirmed the hiring.<\/p>\n

An official announcement was released Thursday by the Kraken on its official platforms.<\/p>\n

“The newest members of the ship.<\/p>\n

The Seattle Kraken are excited to welcome Patrik Allvin as our new Assistant General Manager and Pascal Vincent as an assistant coach.”<\/p>\n

Pascal Vincent’s departure leaves a vacancy within the Canadiens’ farm system, as the organization will now need to find a new head coach for the Laval Rocket.<\/p>\n

He is therefore joining the Kraken’s coaching staff.<\/p>\n

Vincent is not the only one heading to Seattle.<\/p>\n

The Kraken have also hired Patrik Allvin as assistant general manager.<\/p>\n

Seattle is adding experience to key positions, and these are two strong additions for the organization.<\/p>\n

Who will replace Pascal Vincent as head coach of the Laval Rocket?<\/p>\n

Pascal Vincent’s departure is obviously not going unnoticed.<\/p>\n

The Canadiens will now have to find a replacement for him… and that is another important decision added to the organization’s list of priorities this summer.<\/p>\n

For Vincent, it is a new opportunity to prove himself at the highest level.<\/p>\n
