{"id":604156,"date":"2026-06-22T02:30:15","date_gmt":"2026-06-22T02:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/604156\/"},"modified":"2026-06-22T02:30:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T02:30:15","slug":"snapshots-robertson-trocheck-dyck-pro-hockey-rumors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/604156\/","title":{"rendered":"Snapshots: Robertson, Trocheck, Dyck \u2013 Pro Hockey Rumors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"byline\">\n  By <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prohockeyrumors.com\/author\/brianlarose\" title=\"Posts by Brian La Rose\" rel=\"author nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Brian La Rose<\/a> |<br \/>\n  at June 21, 2026 9:00 pm  <\/p>\n<p>Now armed with two tradable first-round picks including a top-ten selection (to go along with the 32nd pick which can\u2019t be moved), the Senators are making a big push for Stars winger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/r\/roberja01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.prohockeyrumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-06-21_hr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Jason Robertson<\/a>, reports David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TheFourthPeriod\/status\/2068831268259643636\" rel=\"nofollow\">Twitter link<\/a>).\u00a0 Robertson\u2019s current contract is set to expire at the end of the month and based on where his market is likely to go, his next deal will cost more than what Dallas has in cap room.\u00a0 While GM Jim Nill <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.prohockeyrumors.com\/2026\/06\/morning-notes-robertson-sortini-murray.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">said<\/a> yesterday that talks are going \u201cgood\u201d and that there is no rush to get something done, this also isn\u2019t the type of negotiation that will get dragged out thanks to his arbitration eligibility.\u00a0 If Dallas ultimately can\u2019t get something done and has to pivot to a futures-based return, the Senators (who have more than ample cap flexibility now) could present an intriguing package with those two first-round selections as part of the return.\u00a0 Robertson had 45 goals and 51 assists in 82 games this season.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere around the hockey world:<\/p>\n<p>Rangers center <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/t\/trochvi01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.prohockeyrumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-06-21_hr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Vincent Trocheck<\/a> has made it known previously that his desire would be get traded to another team in the East if New York moves him.
