{"id":634891,"date":"2026-07-31T21:39:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T21:39:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/634891\/"},"modified":"2026-07-31T21:39:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T21:39:13","slug":"rebecca-yarros-teams-with-avalanche-for-iron-flame-night-at-ball-arena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/634891\/","title":{"rendered":"Rebecca Yarros teams with Avalanche for &#8216;Iron Flame&#8217; night at Ball Arena"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ball Arena will become a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Dbb5gtqhX8H\/?igsh=cmgyM3d1cDZqcjJ4\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Navarre outpost for a night again this season<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Colorado Avalanche and best-selling author Rebecca Yarros announced that \u201cIron Flame\u201d night will be Oct. 28 against the New Jersey Devils. \u201cIron Flame\u201d is the second book in Yarros\u2019 \u201cEmpyrean\u201d series, a global phenomenon in the Romantasy genre.<\/p>\n<p>Yarros, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.denverpost.com\/2025\/11\/09\/rebecca-yarros-avalanche-fourth-wing-night\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">an avid hockey mom and Avs fan from Colorado Springs<\/a>, will attend the event. This is the sequel to \u201cFourth Wing\u201d night from last season.<\/p>\n<p>The Avs made VIP ticket packages available for \u201cFourth Wing\u201d night, which included a special jersey, a copy of the book, and a meet-and-greet with Yarros.<\/p>\n<p>There were a little more than 2,500 tickets available. There were 30,000 people who tried to buy them the morning they went on sale, and they sold out in minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIron Flame\u201d night VIP ticket packages, which go on sale Aug. 7 at 10 a.m., will include an Avs-Iron Flame shirsey, a signed Avs-themed copy of the book and a Q&amp;A with Yarros.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cmasisak22\/status\/1987234321527406996?s=46\" rel=\"nofollow\">At least three members of the 2025-26 Avs team<\/a> were already fans of Violet Sorrengail, Xaden Riorson and the rest of the cadets at Basgiath War College before \u201cFourth Wing\u201d night.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIron Flame\u201d night is one of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Dbdvvq0xW2g\/?igsh=MWwwcW0zZXI4ajZ0YQ==\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">five \u201cBook Club\u201d nights the Avs have planned<\/a> for the 2026-27 season.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.denverpost.com\/dp\/preference?_gl=1*1j9gpcw*_gcl_au*OTkwMzAxNjQ4LjE3ODQxNDk2MDk.*_ga*MTczNzc4Mjg5MC4xNzg0MTQ5NjEw*_ga_9X3Z9L7GQJ*czE3ODU1MjQzODAkbzkxJGcxJHQxNzg1NTI1OTM1JGo1MCRsMSRoMTQyMjE1NDM1Mw..\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Want more Avalanche news?
