VANCOUVER \u2014 Mitch Marner<\/a> scored his first goal of the season and his Vegas Golden Knights<\/a> downed the Vancouver Canucks<\/a> 3-2 on Sunday. <\/p>\n

Victor Olofsson<\/a> added a power-play tally and Marc Gatcomb<\/a> notched his first goal in a Golden Knights\u2019 jersey late in the second period. <\/p>\n

Goalie Adin Hill<\/a> stopped 17 of the 19 shots he faced for Vegas (2-1-0), including a key save midway through the third when he slid well out of his crease to deny Liam Ohgren<\/a> on a short-handed breakaway. <\/p>\n

Canucks winger Paul Cotter<\/a> opened the scoring with a power-play goal late in the opening frame, extending his season-opening point streak to four games with four goals and two assists across the stretch. <\/p>\n
