  1. As a Braves fan I have to hand it to the Mets, they have what looks like a dominant team this year. The Braves don't look good against the better teams this year.

  12. Keep in mind, Ozzie Albies, Adam Duvall, and Mike Soroka are injured and have yet to come back. When we get Mike Soroka back on the mound we will be scarier just watch. Albies is a good hitter so he will be back soon and he is good.

  14. Braves players were hooting and hollering from the dugout on Friday night. They seemed pretty quiet yesterday and Thursday though. They'll probably be extra quiet today against deGrom today as well.

  17. Friendly reminder that there was "clear and conveniencing evidence" to over turn that call at the plate, but not enough when Bohm was 6 inches off the plate. Reviews are a freaking joke.

  19. the Braves can play for the wild card then lose and go home, they dont beat good teams, they laid down against the Mets, they have no spark, the Mets are hungry the Braves are lazy,,,

  32. Braves fan here but Mets are a better team both offensively and pitching. The only thing the Braves have going for t them is that they are more prone to hot streaks with their younger talent. Mets will likely win the division.

  33. Unfortunately for my braves, we're going to lose another huge game to the Mets.

    My heart wants us to win the division and on to win the World Series again, but my gut tells me that the Mets are going to hold on and take the division. They just look like a different team this year. Even as a Braves fan, I just have to tip my hat to how well the Mets are doing.

    The Braves are going to have to go the route of the wildcard if they're going to have a chance at defending the crown. I just don't think that the deals we made at the trade deadline were enough this time. I really hope that they prove me wrong, but the pitching hasn't been the same and with Acuna in such a slump, I just can't see us overtaking the Mets or the Dodgers again in the NL.

  35. Ooof tough for Bravos. Thinking your hot stuff and getting demoralized, manhandled, schooled, and owned. Mets gave a clinic. The NL EAST race is essentially over.

  41. Mets still would've won but please quit helping these already ace pitchers with outside the strike zone called strikes. Holy cow!
