  1. I hate baseball again, unbelievable. It seemed like it wasn’t a fluke and he was actually back to his MVP form… huge blow for the playoffs man.

  2. If we see Tyler Wade or Miguel Andujar on the roster tomorrow over Cabrera or Peraza I will become the joker

  3. Hopefully he’s back by the playoffs. If anyone deserves this run it’s Carp 😭

  4. We were so lucky with health early in the season. Now it’s come back with a vengeance.

  5. I think this is typically 5-6 weeks to resume baseball activities. Terrible for him and the Yanks, our offense will be rough without him, Stanton, and Riz.

  6. Son of a bitch man. I missed it happen and was wondering why Lacastro was playing. This one really hurts.

  7. He’ll find a way to come back . this ain’t stopping him unless surgery is needed

  8. I know it’s a long season but I feel like we’re watching a crash in slow motion. You literally can’t make this shit up.

  9. Yes I know Rizzo and Stanton are coming back.

But I don’t think we survive a Houston series without Carpenter.

Sounds ludacris to say but this is one less power bat, one less lefty bat, a guy you could legitimately and seriously put behind judge to be productive. Even BEST case scenario Bader and Hicks don’t provide that.

Plus, the vibes of this blow. Please bring him back this season. Please.

  10. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

I feel so bad for him. He was on a magical ride, and it sucks for it to come to an end this way.

  11. According to then scriptures a humble carpenter was buried then 6-8 weeks later he rose from the dead to hit HUGE playoff dongs

  12. This sucks for us as fans, but how shitty must Carpenter feel? He’s been phenomenal lately and now it’s all come to a screeching halt.

  13. Genuinely makes me less interested in watching. I’m still gonna watch, but you know what I mean.

  14. We need to get this ring for Matt Carpenter. He deserves it more than most people on the team.

  15. I wasn’t sure whether to upvote or downvote. Hell. I’m still not sure. Poor guy
