  1. man this is such a brutal indictment of the team. when the guy sitting at home to start the season is sick of the bullshit and outperforming everyone else so bad he’s comfortable talking about you know we’re in a bad spot.

    i understand the manager doesnt go out there and play but if his job is to make smart baseball decisions (which he isnt doing) and make sure his team shows up ready to play everyday (also a no) then what the fuck is the point? make jimmy hoffa the manager for all the difference it makes

  2. Johnny cueto became one of my favorite Sox players of recent memory this season. This fucking solidified it. Was stoked when we got him. So happy he’s played well for us. Sucks that the team can’t be assed to play offense, for him or anyone else.

  3. I don’t get it. How can *any* professional baseball player not be intensely competitive about every aspect of every game? It really must be a shit clubhouse environment that no one seems to give a damn about the season.
