3. Too bad Pujols and Arenado weren’t able to each get a triple tonight, otherwise the big league club would have 2 cycles.

   Nootbaar hit 2 triples though, so it almost counts.

5. Fun fact also Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville (my alma mater) (also ~20 minutes outside of St. Louis) softball team GAVE UP a HR cycle against Arkansas back in 2019

8. Knew this dude in high school. Pretty cool feat happy for him

9. I don’t know if the guy will ever reach the big leagues but if I were the Cardinals, I’d find a way to get this guy on the roster, if only for a series, to make sure he gets his moment in the major league sun. There has to be a reward for doing that.
