When news from a credible source breaks that directly related to the Islanders (we sign someone, one of our UFAs sign somewhere, a player we were very closely linked to by a credible source signs somewhere else [at the mods discretion]), it can have its own thread. Any source that starts with “hearing the islanders are linked to” belongs in this thread. Be sure to check that it truly is a verified account, and verify the date of any tweets
