[Ian Rapoport] With Jimmy Garoppolo available from the #49ers, the #Jets don’t appear intent on making a move. They have confidence in Joe Flacco in the likely scenario where he starts until Zach Wilson is 100% ready.

Teams really avoiding Jimmy like the plague hmm
Don’t blame them, Saleh and teammates have been gushing over Flacco
There’s not a chance in hell the Jets will do better this year with Flacco/Wilson than they would have with Jimmy.
But that’s like my opinion.
Cowards
Yup I knew good news for the Jets was bad news for us. Just cut the dude and be done with it.
It’s not that no teams don’t want Jimmy, they don’t want his insane salary, and that’s 100% justified
Jimmy and his salary is valued less than Flacco, Wentz, Matt Ryan, a 30+ time sexual offender, or Trubisky.
And some of you all thought we could get a second rounder for him this last off season….this speaks more about Jimmy’s actual perceived ability more and more every day and what other teams think about his W/L record.
Flacco can lose for the Jets as effectively as Wilson can.
In two weeks, he’s half price. Why would anyone pay full price now?
?? Zach is only out for 2-4 weeks why would they trade for jimmy? when the result of the mri and surgery came out there was no chance the jets would try to get jimmy
Flacco was never that good and at this point in his career, he’s a shell of that.
Translation: “The Jets are committed to tanking in case Wilson misses most of the season”
They know they’re going to lose. Might as well lose cheap.
> boo. you suck!
Do I do it right? Am I Jet affirming?
And so the plot thins.
Expected tbh
Saleh wouldn’t do that to Flacco after talking him up
Sorry, Rita
If Zach for out for the season, it’d be a different story, but he’ll likely be back by week 3.
