  1. We take 3/4 from the depleted Mets this weekend and everyone forgets about this game. This hurts now but they will come out swinging against the Mets at home this weekend.

  2. Anyone else feel like that game could’ve never happened and your life would be no different than it was a couple hours ago? Good Lord that game was boring.

  3. Bone bruise and sprained ankle for Marsh. Could be much worse. I’m imagining he’ll be out for a few weeks, but should be fine long term.

  4. Can this team please adjust their hitting approach with runners on base? I legitimately do not understand what the fuck is happening when they have runners on.

  5. 4 against Mets, 4 against Reds and 3 against Pirates coming up. Would like to see us go 7-4 at minimum on this homestand, preferably 8-3

  6. Had no idea this game was even happening so early and it seems like that was for the best

  7. I think if a Genie gave me 3 wishes – I’d honestly ask one be wishing Nick laid off low and away breaking balls lol

  8. We should miss degrom and Scherzer this weekend right? I feel pretty good about 2 or 3 wins

  9. I’m gonna say I hope this lights a fire and they reignite the offense. If not and nothing occurs than this loss shows this team probably doesn’t deserve the playoffs due to them being unable to do the bare minimum. This is just my opinion which I expect to be downvoted to hell and back.

  10. Is there somewhere I can go to find like full recordings of post game interviews? Post game live always cuts off the players

  11. The game was horrible and an embarrassing loss how it went down but for anyone who says this means the Phils aren’t a good team they’re morons who should just hit the exit. Especially with our lineup being a mess right now.

Every team goes down like this here and there. The dodgers got shut out by the fucking Royals on Sunday and have lost two of their last three. They’re still hands down the best team in baseball.

  12. Working but seems like an unexpected pitcher’s duel. Bats need to get it going though, even w/Lodolo pitching beyond his age they’ve been anemic since Schwarber’s calf strain.

  13. typical can’t sweep a team at home but if you’re going to lose a 0-1 loss isn’t the worst way, granted bottom of the 9th with your closer. good thing we won the first game. but ditto on getting the bats going. that being said this is the type of game a day off is good for.

  14. Can I worry about the offense yet? We are feast or famine, highly dependent on home runs. Harper, when he comes back, cannot do it all himself. 4 shut outs in 7 days is total BS for a team where the offense is supposed to be a strength

  15. going 5-4 across a stretch where you’re missing your two best hitters, the lineup isn’t clicking, and you face 49 different Cy Young candidates is what playoff teams do btw

  16. I remember announcers saying we got our first shut out loss in a long time against the Mets last week.

We have now had 4 total since that.

    Pitching looks great though!

All of this to say, Phillies 2022 WS champs!!!

  17. Absolutely pathetic offensive performance by a third place baseball team that looks like a third place baseball team.

  18. Shout out to the fan at the Angels game in the front row wearing a Phillies jersey.

  19. Wonder if we will take a flier on Bradley Zimmer who was recently DFA’d by the Blue Jays. He’s a pretty terrible hitter, but can play CF and is a lefty bat.

  20. As soon as the announcers said that they should pinch hit Votto instead, I knew that guy was walking us off
