Sometimes support and pep talks are helpful. Sometimes being booted right out of your current situation that’s not working and getting a kick in the ass is also what you need. It hurts a lot at the time, but it can end up re-booting your whole process in a good way. Not that I want to diss Chapman at all.

I have never been as big a fan of any iteration of the Toronto Blue Jays as I am of **these** Toronto Blue Jays.
Springer and Chapman are the true embodiment of what it means to be a Blue Jay. Vladdy is our Poster child, but for the love of god extend Chappy. I love this guy and I think as much as we hate on Kikuchi we all want to him to succeed somewhere somehow. I think the pen is that place for 2022.

What’s the point of the brackets around the names and certain statements? Why are some he’s in brackets and others not?
