Vermillion was on leave after a DEA criminal investigation in 2021.
John Keim @john_keim now Just got out of US District court where former Washington trainer Ryan Vermillion agreed to deferred prosecution of one year and agreed with the statement of facts.
Did he really do anything? It seems like the only thing he did was transport prescription medication across state lines, and if you accidentally grab your wife’s/family members bag before a road trip, you could be guilty of the same crime.
Honestly what he was doing isn’t that big of a deal and has been happening forever in sports, the DEA just wanted to swing their dicks. One of the most useless federal law enforcement agencies
