  2. Every NBA team is lowballing the Nets but the Knicks are gonna overpay for Mitchell and screw the market again. Fml.

  3. As a Net fan who respects the hell out of Ja, this is precisely the move a team makes (trading picks + young players for a veteran) to improve a team around a young star that eventually backfires.

    You have to have patience and build around the players you drafted.

    I wouldn’t even make an offer if I were Memphis.

  14. I could be wrong but by letting these bad trade proposals be known could the Nets be preparing the fanbase for “well this is the best we could get”. Why else leak these offers? If anything it makes teams like the Celtics think they don’t have to up their current offers.

  16. A package centered around bane and JJJ could actually be very enticing. Other than that not really interested.

    Running it back is probably the best option. If KD balls out this year and can be a little more durable teams would also possibly be willing to part with more

  17. The Nets (currently who Kevin Durant plays for) are interested as well. That takes the total up to 32 total NBA teams that are interested in KD.

  19. This leak has to be from KD’s team to drive down his value and send a message to the Nets. Trade me now or I’ll make things miserable for your franchise. I can’t see why the Nets would want this public.
