I know its just preseason and I know its a very small sample size but fuck it, let him start. People will say not to start him because he might lose confidence but i look as early stuggling as a chance for growth. Make mistakes early, learn from them, and improve. Sitting on the bench and not getting reps will delay his “onfield learning” and he can still lose confidence like most are saying even if he starts halfway through the season. You dont magically retain more confidence because you sat for half the year. Trubisky is a journeyman QB. Lets see what we got in the rookie
