Seeing his body language in this vid tells a lot. True remorse. Not sure if it’s remorse because he got caught or because he’s dumb, but remorse nonetheless. The shoulder surgery demonstrates a sign of good faith. I’m willing to forgive for now. But this better be the last time he does something stupid like this. Hopefully he truly learned from his mistskes.

Nothing I heard today makes what he did any easier to swallow. All it does is raise even more questions that just sends me into an anger/confusion loop.
I don’t think he has a snowballs chance in hell to recover the love and admiration of non-padre fans that he had before the motorcycle accident much less after getting popped for PEDs.
Yes. He is a young person. Yes. They make mistakes. The PED thing is irreversible though.
No matter what he does for the rest of his career (that’s if he actually ever gets back to his best self without PEDs), he will always be known as a cheater. Much like Barry Bonds… Mark McGuire. Sammy Sosa. Hell, even Ryan Braun NEVER recovered from his PED scandal.
Tatis could go on to do great things, but there will ALWAYS be a small nagging question attached to any accomplishment. Is he using PEDs?
What an emotional roller coaster August has been for fans. Can’t imagine what it’s been like for the team. But it’s great to hear that positive steps have begun. Now let’s get this dub!
