Been reading these since 2012 and once again, Drew has provided some excellent perspective on the travails of this team. The whole organization should be ashamed for wasting Herbie’s rookie contract years by failing to qualify into the playoffs. At least the Colts and Packers got a ring between their HOF QBs. Hopefully we don’t shit the bed with Justin, but knowing our snake-bitten team, I won’t be sure until the Lombardi trophy is in our hands. Fuck ‘04 Chad Pennington, the ‘06 Pats, Norv and Spanos (always and forever). And yes, Felipe does look like Marmalard from Animal House.

I was willing to have a laugh but they brought up the OT timeout against the raiders being a misplay so no point in reading the garbage after that.

The article is funny and it hurt my feelings so I know it’s mostly accurate, lol. But they brought up the whole OT/timeout situation like if it was a fact, not satire. That made the whole thing kinda lame.

I appreciate posts like this because I definitely get caught up in the off-season hype train (I know many of you do to) and it’s good to have something to bring us back down to earth

It would be kind of awesome if Justin Herbert retires after his rookie deal expires to go be a doctor to “stop wasting his time and brainpower on this franchise.”
