  1. What fuckin series did they salvage?!?!?! Avoiding being swept?!? Sure. Salvaging a series? C’mon

  2. Haha sorry, very ornery after waking upin my hammock listening to mom podcast true crime bullshit. My apologies to everybody

  3. Serious question: why was Montas credited with the win and not Trivino? The winning run was scored in the top of the 7th because they won 2-1. Trivino pitched the bottom of the 6th which was the half-inning before the decisive score, not Montas. I feel like there’s something I’m not understanding about how pitching records work. Is it because they took the lead while Montas was pitching and didn’t give up the lead afterwards, even though they needed to score after Montas finished pitching to lock up the win? Confused.

  4. Glad he finally had a legitimately good game. He stepped up when we needed it. Nice game for Montas.

  5. I’m glad they pulled him after 5. He had a great outing and a game like this could build his confidence for the rest of the season. I would’ve hated for him to go back out there and possibly make a couple mistakes. Especially with such a high pitch count.

  6. People are more made Montas isn’t their new Sonny Gray than happy Frankie pitched a great game. Lmoa
