  1. Best case scenario for my mental health is that some obscure streaming service gets exclusive rights so I’m forced not to watch this shit lmao

  2. [A live look at Flyers Management Meeting]

Dave Scott: alright team, we’re coming off a disappointing season in terms of attendance and viewership. How do we bolster these numbers for the 22/23 season?

Executive: let’s make something already difficult to watch even more difficult by having to pay exclusively for a service that you’ll only feel guilt & regret for in the end!

    *unanimous derping ensues*

  3. I already pay an assload for TV just to watch flyers/phillies and they’re like “yeah we’re going to need another $7/mo.” fuck all of that. i’m out.

  4. i’m just numb to any sort of news regarding the flyers at this point. they’re hopeless

  5. (Clears throat) BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. It would be one thing if it were on espn or tnt but a stream exclusive?

  6. Aye maties! I’ll be out sailing the high seas on Oct. 13th, unless the Phillies are playing a playoff game, then I won’t even be watching this.

  7. I’m reminded of an old Mitch Hedberg joke about then-new XM radio: “I did an interview on XM radio. They said: ‘You can swear on XM radio.’ No shit; ’cause nobody can hear it. You can swear in the woods too.”

They can make these games as exclusive as they want. I have no intention of watching the Flyers this year.

  8. Damn Comcast, how do you not feature the team you own on your own fucking network for the season opener?
