Speed kills….the grass
One of the rare occasions where having a buddy in the grass business is relevant. This news story will go under the radar, but from my friend who is in this business:
“It’s a huge deal. We grew that Bermuda (Tahoma 31), and I can tell you it’s the best grass out right now. I’ve grown 2 other Bermudas for NFL teams. The Bears will have a good field for the first time maybe ever.”
“This is a mixture of bluegrass, Kentucky bluegrass, and, uh, Northern California sin semilla.”
