You’re not buying a building for billionaires, the city will own it. The CSEC will cover all maintenance and upgrade costs. And the city will earn back 400 million on its 275 million investment through ticket sales and a portion of the naming rights agreement. That’s through regular season numbers, all playoff rounds would be bonus income.
Those are the numbers the city released. So what’s wrong with investing 275m to get 400m back?
Funny Apple went from being Innovators to Followers….way better and new tech out there than this and here they trying to please us with Dynamic Island…….what a shame
