That’s absolutely fucking bonkers.
Can you imagine how good he’d be if you could steal first?
What’s Kirks Numbers?
Not impressed, if Kirk can go first to home anyone can πππ
He can outrun a fastball, just can’t hit one.
Can we just appreciate how insanely fast this is?
Obviously this is max speed, not sustained speed – but that still translates to a 10.94 100m
Absolutely incredible.
Puts into perspective how quick Bobby Witt jr is at 30.4
I mean, the average high of the top ~67% of his competitive runs is 29.4 this year, and he has 8 bolts (where he hit 30 or higher), so this is what you’d expect. He’s very fast.
Not sure what Mr. Black’s definition of elite is, but Zimmer is 95th percentile SS at 29.4 f/s this year.
Jeff Blair: bUt TaPiA hAs eLiTe SpEeD!?!!
I just want zimmy to have a .250 average and heβd be an every day guy. Above average fielding, above average speed, canβt hit a beach ball.
Zimmer has killer speed.. Key piece for a pinch runner late innings against the best
