  6. This is major embarrassment for the Mets…. I don’t understand. Tuesday had bad calls mess things up but man, a sweep? The Cubs were like 20 games under 500!!

  22. I was not impressed when Lindor said that some players have 'hit the wall'. That should be a hint for Buck to rest Lindor even if he was just being a bit of cry baby.
    There was too much of the 'Mets have an easy September ahead of them' Way too much and clearly that went to the players' heads as they haven't turned up mentally yet.

  25. The announcer said starter Peterson would transition to the bull pen. I would say he is there now. LOL. You can't win them all. Tough time of the year for any team with injuries, rehab, etc. However upon checking the stats position as of the morning of September 15 the NLE shows the AMAZING METS IN FIRST PLACE !!! We turn 90 tonight in Pittsburgh.

  38. The game was rigged from the start all the way to the finish. Bassett decided to act like he don't know how to pitch to start the game, and McNeil acts like he does not know how to run to end the game. Rule number 1: Never, ever bet on MLB sports. Odds were through the roof that the Mets would not get swept by the Cubs. Low and behold, they got swept by the Cubs. OTB and MLB made a killing off of all of the suckers out there.
