  1. We can’t possibly have enough positions for all these hitters. Every week there’s a new twins hitter prospect who’s dominating in the minors

  2. 508 PAs this year, all at AA

Julien spent last year in A and A+, pretty similar numbers to this year but the batting average is much better (mostly because it was low in A+ which I believe is considered a pitcher’s league). Reason to hope he’d transition well. He played exclusively 2B last year, but has played both corners as well as LF, so he could make a case for a roster spot if he’s versatile.

He was drafted out of Auburn in the 18th round in 2019, didn’t play in 2020 of course. Originally from Quebec.

  3. Our player development has been pretty top notch recently. Like as much as this season may be disappointing it’s still something to say about the team when we were competing for the division title while fielding a half-AAA lineup for a significant portion of the season

  4. As soon as they knew Polanco wasn’t going to be back he should have been called up. Gordon could have shifted back to the outfield and we would’ve had fewer Cave at-bats to watch.
