This post reminds me of shit I used to see on this sub all the time
As a Cardinals fan , I understand. Y’all are mostly new around here. You weren’t there for the really dark days. Where every game would be close but somehow the Cards would snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. (That’s where “Cardiac Cardinals” actually comes from) This team spent decades shitting the bed, season after season. Not good enough to make the playoffs, but not bad enough to get a high enough draft pick. We weren’t competitive, we were just there for Bill Bidwill to collect league profit share. It was demoralizing. Michael at least wants to be competitive, so this run of potentially good teams is new to some of us. That said, I’m happy the Lions won and I hope they do well. I’m also happy the Raiders shit the bed, we needed the confidence boost as a team and fanbase. Plus I find Raiders fans insufferable, so fuck’em.
This guy needs a chaplain
