Do I hope he does well so I can feel conflicted all the time, or hope he does poorly so I can feel a different kind of conflicted all the time?
I mean, hopefully he has changed as a person. I’ve made a lot of dumb decisions when I was younger but I’ve never once even came close to hitting my significant other. Those are some violent tendencies that usually just don’t go away.
I hope I’m wrong and he has changed for the better.
