Thought this was interesting. Surgery in 2014 didn’t repair his ankle properly and caused him to retire.
I was trying to find old articles about it to because almost always you hear “the surgery was a success” after every single procedure.
He’s the Wayne Gallman of the court room. MVP.
Good for him. It sucks to have a career taken away by injury
Can anyone explain this verdict? Would they would need to prove medical negligence to get this kind of payout? There’s no surgery that’s without risk.
This could have been Kenny Golladays strategy after his failed hip surgery left him gimped, but then Gettleman gave him a huge contract anyways so there goes his case.
