27. Let's be honest, the best and most consistent player the Seahawks have had this season is none other than the 12th man.

28. They were doubled up on DK every play. Which made it easier for Lockett to get open. And the 9ers defence was pretty consistent with sending a rusher every play. Geno is not very mobile. If they can use DK as a decoy and put in a other blocker, TE or two TE. Geno needs to keep his head on a swivel. And try to stay a step ahead of the defences he will be facing, or it is going to be a rough season. The o-line needs to step up or Geno is going to suffer an injury. I don't see the Hawks going to the playoffs with Smith as QB. If they are lucky they might be .500 by the end of the season. Geno is not a leader. Someone on that offense needs to step up and take that role. Same on defence. There is no cohesiveness on either side of the ball. Although Lock doesn't have experience, he has shown he can lead an offense down field and make good decisions. I believe he has the drive and wants to win games. If the Hawks lose this next game. It might be time for Carol to sit Smith and give the young kid a shot and see what he can do to rally this team back on a winning track.
