  1. The fact the Colts were shut out by the Jags doesn't mean anything.
They always suck against Jacksonville no matter what year or how bad that team is.
In the past few years, Colts have played pretty good football against Mahomes.
I wouldn't be suprised if this game is close.

  2. Does anyone actually except anything different. I don't see any way the colts win, especially after they got shut out by the Jaguars last week. Yeah, there's trap games, but do you honestly believe KC isn't taking every precautions this game. The colts defense couldn't stop Trevor Lawrence and Jacksonville, so you think they can stop Mahomes.

  3. Studying in Warrensburg, MO back in the 90s. It was the first NFL game I ever watched when the chiefs lost 7-10 to the colts in 95. Since then I have been an NFL fan especially these two teams.

  4. KC has a rather disturbing history of playing down to opponents they should beat handily in the past. Indy will be tough if Taylor gets rolling, and given that it is the home opener, this game will be closer than expected…

    KC 345
    Indy 2

  5. Let's just say as a Chiefs fan, I'm glad Gus Bradley is the DC for Indy.

Last season with the Raiders, Bradley was the only DC the Chiefs faced who didn't play a significantly higher percent of cover-2 than they normally do. The league as a whole had figured out this was the way to slow down, or altogether stop the Chiefs offense. Bradley disagreed. As a result, the Chiefs outscored the Raiders 89-23 over two games last year, and when he was asked about it this week leading up to the game, Bradley said he thought they did a good job last year.

  6. Colts might have a chance. We tend to get in our own heads. This is such a mental game too and going in with the wrong mindset of “we already won”, already sends signals to the body that they don’t need to try as hard. I’d love to see us go all the way again but they need to stay focused every game.

  7. People are overreacting to the jags loss, it was a beat down, but it was one game, but the colts will beat the chiefs like they did last time they played and also beat Jacksonville in Indy
