With no injury history, yes he’s a starter

If he shoots really well from 3 I think he’s starting, that’s the biggest thing affecting it
Training camp might surprise us. They might try Strus, a 6’5″ player at the 4 like CJ Miles in those post-Hibbert Pacers teams.
I could probably see a Lowry-Dipo-Butler-Strus-Bam lineup. Martin’s spot isn’t guaranteed since he’s like the same height with Strus
