  1. I remember after Giannis dropped 44 points and had the game tying three against Brooklyn Wade was like “one day we will say Giannis is the best in the league”

This was also after Giannis had 40 points and the game winning block in Philly two nights before

  2. I like it. Really knowledgeable. Most importantly, actually enjoys basketball and doesn’t have old man hater energy. But also I’d rather listen to Reggie Miller over Mark Jackson any day.

  3. It’s an interesting selection bias with media in the nba. Of course some of it comes down to individual choice, but we also definitely have a situation where the most knowledgeable basketball people do end up working for teams (coaching staff or front office) while other people who want to be involved will end up in media.

  4. Jamal Crawford is one of the coolest players ever and seems like a super chill dude. Im with it.

  5. They replaced a boring guy with another boring guy.

Go against the grain hire JR Smith or Lance Stephenson.

  6. As a Bulls fan, I was so mad that they drafted Chris Mihm — I read an SI article that described Mihm doing a crossover and hitting a three — only to trade him for Jamal Crawford.

Now, I’m happy for having rooted for Jamal Crawford and his having such a distinguished career both on and off the court.

    Emotions – what weird things!

  7. Matt Barnes, JJ, now Jamal. Blake and CP seem like locks to get high profile media jobs when they retire. that just leaves DJ from the Lob City core.
