Detroit Lions cornerback Jerry Jacobs cleared to practice next week

Fuck yeah this could be huge. Jacobs was a revelation last year and assuming he can get back to speed and not have lingering effects, this could be a huge boost to our secondary.
Make him and Amani fight for CB2.
Get Hughes outta dere
Justin Rogers just posted a mailbag, and it appears that the staff are thinking about playing Jacobs at nickel CB, so replacing Mike Hughes.
I’m gonna say by Week… 9? 10? I wanna see our CB group look like:
CB1 – Okudah
CB2 – Jacobs
SCB – Lucas
I understand him not starting immediately as a 7th-round rookie, but at some point I wanna see if his fantastic preseason was legit. ESPECIALLY with the struggles of Mike Hughes.
What about jamo
I hope they bring him back slowly, maybe take some Harris snaps
