I get it because selling a bunch of single seat tickets isn’t easy, but it’s certainly annoying for the consumer.
The site is so messed up it wouldn’t let me use STH vouchers on a pair of seats because there was a single seat still available further down the row. They weren’t even next to each other!
You were planning on going solo? Just get a friend to come
This is pretty standard all across the ticketing industry. Even if you went through a team sales rep and wanted to buy a season ticket they wouldn’t let you leave a single seat
I would file a bug report/complaint. Their eligibility check code is broken.
