Is the most poetic part of this photo impossibly the fact that the newly-installed American Family Field sign isn’t lit? Don’t mistake this for a bit of Miller Park purism; I’m glad that the naming rights once again belong to a sponsor based in Wisconsin. But the lights being on yet nobody being home is sort of the story of this season.
