I love their dynamic. Reiss seems like one of the few press members BB actually likes.

He seems to be enjoying himself a lot more this season. I won’t lie, I’ve been concerned about a lot of things I’ve seen (why did we not go for the win in OT, turnovers) that could be blamed on a more laid back bill but you can tell he really likes this group and even if he is more relaxed I know the man does not like losing.
I am convinced that this is Bill’s favorite mode to be in. He knows he doesn’t have a championship caliber team, and he’s in full team-building and teaching mode. That has to be such a joy for someone with so much knowledge to impart — and such a passion for that knowledge. And I really think that he’s able to separate the week-to-week from the grand scheme, in the sense that he’s all-in on putting the team in the best position to win each week, without feeling like the end result needs to be a late playoff finish. I know our fan base is entitled and impatient, but I think Bill thinks we’re in a good spot going forward, and I would have to agree.
