1. Man this makes me sad and happy at the same time. Happy that Ol John Adams is looking a lot better than a year or two ago, but sad that this will be the first playoff home game in 50 years without his drum.

4. So was this up on the scoreboard when a kid usually yells “playball”?

   I love to see this. I really hope that he’s able to get back to a game in the future with his drum. If he does and it’s announced in advance, the stadium would be packed. I’d be there!

5. I love John Adams and greatly miss his rally drum. When he officially retires his position I don’t know if they could pass on the torch to one person. Maybe there could be a group of dedicated drummers/season ticket holders that trade off games? I hope they do more musician features as Cle makes it deep into October
