There are no such thing as alphas in humans. It’s a fake concept. I’m reminded of Dwight Howard making a comment like “what’s alpha mean? Do I have pee on the court to establish dominance?” Or something like that.
Each of them would be a leader in their own way.

I think Bron would be the ‘alpha’ as in leader. He is probably the most vocal and best at bringing people together. Magic would be co-leader, helping with him while the other three help.
Kareem is quiet, Kobe is quiet but hardworking. Shaq is big but more of a jokster that would listen to Lebron’s/Magics authority.

Kobe by far, he’s the hardest worker, most skilled, most obsessive, most competitive and most fearless. Day 1 of meeting them, he would told everyone of them ” Fuck you, I’m better than you and I’m gonna prove it.”

Magic and Shaq would be the hardest partiers. Their competition and drive would be about how could they out fuck each other.
Kareem, would be the most esoteric. How could he beat everyone in hot yoga, kundalini curry tea baths and Ayahuasca meditations.
Lebron would be the most athletic, but also have the most to learn. He didn’t have the vision, work ethic, skills development till later in his career. It wasn’t necessarily self driven.
Kobe = Alpha. If you’re talking about getting the team together to win = Magic and Lebron.
