While I would’ve personally liked to see him cut just based on his previous actions, this is a good move by the org. Protect the team, the staff, and the organizational reputation now, then let the rest play itself out. I’ll be surprised if he ends up playing for this team at all.
we all know hockey can be an old boys club so it’s good to see the bolts take this seriously. as a woman i am so thankful the club didn’t just try and sweep this under the rug while the investigation is ongoing
Thank goodness.
This is going to hurt the team.
That’s the Bolts I know. Swift and rational response.
Had no idea about any of this. And I thought he was playing well! Bummer.
If you look at the Patrick Kane situation he was painted as the villain and suffered greatly and nothing came about. Even though this is big I still think they should be treated as innocent until proven guilty.
Typical “W” from Mr. Vinik. I never had a doubt Tampa’s best interest would be protected.
Good. Now any cap experts care to explain how this impacts the cap? Can we claw back some cap $ to replace him somehow?

Perfect response.
Suspend until more is known.
Got to go.
