Cam not getting traded lol
It wouldn’t be the worst for Bogi for Jae + Shamet, but then we don’t have the best shooter in the league anymore :/
They are not trading Cam Johnson and Crowder for Bogi. That’s their 2 PF’s, they’d be left with nothing at PF. There’s only two reasons the Hawks would trade for Crowder
1. They are ready to trade JC and will swing some deal involving JC and Crowder. We’d have to get more back, maybe from a 3rd team
2. They don’t want JJ to play backup PF and will replace his minutes with Crowder. This is extremely unlikely since TITS is high on JJ and just drafted him.
Option 1 is much more likely. The Hawks have been trying to trade Collins for like 2 years now. And Crowder would fit seamlessly at starting PF. He’s a better defender and higher volume 3pt shooter than Collins. Collins is the better, younger player though, so we’d have to be getting more back.
only way i’m trading bogi is if we get cam johnson but i don’t think they’re gonna trade cam
Bogi is crucial to lead the second team. From what I’ve seen from Aaron Holiday thus far, reminds me of Brandon Goodwin, so not very good. This makes Bogi that much more important to our team.

Anyone else think there’s no way we end up with Crowder and this is just posturing by Crowder’s agent to get him to Miami?
Reminder that if we trade Bogi we have no more proven 3 point shooters outside of Trae. Crowder is a solid 3 point shooter to his credit but him being our second option in terms of shot making is a heinous thought.
