Everyone has their own timeline and path, glad to hear it finally from Tatum. Celtics basketball culture was always centered around team basketball. Those with the most success in the sport always had a team, even if they were individually the best. There are moments Tatum has to rise above and be the man, but there are moments where he needs to step back and truly lead and be the best teammate he can to others.
I wouldnt be surprised with this attitude that Brown has the better individual year next year, but Tatum has more moments that turn around games and the team has more success.
